Competitions are organized by SOHO/NOHO, Kødbyen. Competitions are in no way associated with, administered by, approved by, or sponsored by Facebook or Instagram.

Participation is therefore only available to users with a Facebook or Instagram profile.
The winner will be contacted using the information available on their Facebook or Instagram profile. This means you should remember to check your “other” inbox on Facebook or Instagram if your private email address or phone number is not visible on your profile.
If the winner has not responded within 14 days, SOHO/NOHO reserves the right to select another winner.
By participating in the competition, you accept that SOHO/NOHO may publish your name and city on Facebook or Instagram if you win the competition.
The winner must collect the prize themselves, by prior agreement, from SOHO/NOHO in Kødbyen, Copenhagen.
If the prize is not collected within 3 weeks after publication of the winner, the winner forfeits the right to the prize unless otherwise agreed. In some competitions, SOHO/NOHO reserves the right to shorten the redemption period.
In cases of reasonable suspicion of cheating, SOHO/NOHO reserves the right to disqualify the participant from the competition.
