TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Here you can read our terms and conditions for either visiting us or becoming part of the team at SOHO. SOHO offers office spaces, meeting rooms, additional office services, and conference facilities in Kødbyen at the companies’ address.

1. Meeting Bookings

1.1 When booking a meeting at SOHO, you must register through our booking system so we have your information on file. We store your information in accordance with our privacy policy, which can be found via the link above.

The information required for your booking includes:

Name
Email
Phone number
Company name (if applicable)
Address (if applicable)

1.2 Meeting rooms are available Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Bookings outside these hours can be arranged separately upon request.

1.3 If you would like catering for your meeting, it must be booked no later than 24 hours before the event. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee delivery of the catering.

1.4 Cancellation of bookings must be made no later than 72 hours before the scheduled meeting. Cancellations made later than 72 hours before the meeting will be charged in full. Full payment will also apply in cases of no-show, delayed arrival, or early departure.

1.5 After your meeting, we will send you a questionnaire regarding your experience with us.

1.6 Invoices for meetings are sent electronically by email as soon as possible after the meeting has taken place. If another invoicing method is preferred, this must be stated at the time of booking.

2. Membership

2.1 SOHO offers four different membership types: Virtual, On The Fly, Single Workspace, and Private Office. Your membership is defined according to the services you use with us.

2.2 Membership fees are charged monthly in advance, while additional usage is charged retrospectively. The notice period varies depending on the membership type and is specified in the contract.

2.3 Invoices are sent electronically by email on the first day of each month.

2.4 All memberships except the Virtual membership include discounted rates for booking meeting rooms.

2.5 Additional membership terms and conditions are outlined in the contract.

3. Electronic Communication

3.1 All communication at SOHO is conducted electronically. This means that you will receive all information, invoices, booking confirmations, and other messages exclusively in electronic form. We use the contact email address provided in your booking or membership profile.

4. Photos of You

4.1 By accepting our terms and conditions, you also consent to photos taken of you at our locations being used by SOHO for marketing purposes. You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting info@soho.dk.

5. Complaints

At SOHO, we always appreciate feedback. If there is anything you find particularly satisfying, unsatisfactory, or if you simply have questions, you are always welcome to contact us at info@soho.dk.

Privacy Policy

SOHO and NOHO’s privacy policy explains how we process personal data and ensure compliance with applicable data protection regulations. We strive to protect the quality and integrity of your personal information in the best possible way and have implemented security measures for this purpose.

You will typically provide personal information as a tenant using our office or meeting facilities, as a restaurant guest, or as an employee. Personal information may also be registered when you visit our website or use login credentials connected to our services.

The personal data we collect may include your name, email address, IP address, phone number, credit card information, or banking details, depending on what is necessary in the specific situation.

Why Do We Collect Personal Data?

We typically collect your personal data in order to:

In addition, we may collect personal data for internal market research, marketing, and statistical purposes.

These processors are instructed to process your personal data solely on our behalf, and we enter into specific agreements with them for this purpose.

We require these processors to treat your information confidentially and to implement the necessary technical and organizational security measures to protect against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, deterioration, unauthorized access, misuse, or other processing in violation of data protection laws.
