Venues that set the scene

Some occasions deserve more than a decorated living room. A milestone birthday, an anniversary or a celebration for the people who matter most. Those are best marked with the right setting.

Our venues in Kødbyen each have their own distinct feel. On the Rooftop you celebrate under open skies or behind panoramic windows with views across the city's rooftops, with space for up to 70 seated or 200 standing guests. Caféen is raw and spacious for the larger celebrations. Oasen is more intimate and atmospheric, and in Chow there are high ceilings and plenty of room for up to 200 seated guests.

Planning a-z

Tables are set with white linen, candles and cloth napkins. The technical setup is in place, microphones and projector are included, and we have agreements with nearby hotels for your guests. You just need to show up and enjoy the evening.

THE FOOD

Our chefs work with locally sourced ingredients and take pride in creating the perfect match between your wishes and what ends up on the plate. We offer packages that are easy to build on, and we always accommodate any dietary requirements.

Technology

We offer modern sound and lighting facilities in all venues. Microphones, projectors, and screens are included in the price.A DJ booth and PA system can be rented for DKK 2,500 excluding VAT. A DJ can also be booked separately as an add-on for DKK 2,500 excluding VAT per hour, with a minimum booking of 4 hours.

Table setup and table styling

Choose between long tables or round tables to suit your preferences. Tables are styled with white tablecloths, candles, and white fabric napkins. We provide elegant and simple floral arrangements, while any additional decorations can be brought by you.

Accommodation

We have partnerships with a number of nearby hotels. If you would like to save on accommodation in connection with your meeting, feel free to contact us by email or phone, and we will be happy to help find a suitable solution.

PARKING

There is one hour of free parking at the Kødbyen parking area on weekdays before 5:00 PM. After 5:00 PM on weekdays, as well as throughout the weekend, parking is free.
