what equipment is available in the conference rooms?
All our conference rooms are equipped with a projector, microphone, and AV equipment, as well as pens, notepads, and flipcharts, so you have everything you need for the day.
A conference room with AV is standard—not an add-on.
can I book multiple conference rooms at the same time?
Yes. Many companies book multiple rooms simultaneously to host parallel sessions, or book several consecutive days for longer programs.
which table arrangements can I choose from?
It is super easy to choose the table arrangement that suits your event. When booking, simply select the setup you prefer, and we will have it ready for your arrival.
We have 6 standard setup options and offer both round and square tables.
Is it possible to park nearby?
At SOHO Kødbyen, you can park for free for one hour in the parking lot out front (remember to set your parking disc). Alternatively, there is an underground parking garage beneath the Scandic hotel or street parking available.
What are the accessibility facilities like at SOHO?
We offer elevator access and ramps leading to all conference rooms at SOHO Kødbyen, as well as accessible restrooms. Please contact us before your conference, and we will be happy to assist and guide you.
