You will be welcomed at the reception, and your meeting room will be ready and set up just as you requested. You can easily connect to the network and AV equipment, and notebooks and pens will be ready for the day's key points.

If you have booked catering, we will replenish it throughout the day.

For lunch, we will guide you to the canteen while we refresh the room so it is ready for your return.

When the meeting is over, you simply leave the room and hand in the key at the reception; we will take care of the rest.

Our rooms are furnished differently, some with round tables and some with square tables. Unfortunately, we cannot move the tables between the rooms.

Therefore, please choose the meeting room that best suits the purpose of your meeting.

If you need a larger room where the tables are arranged in a specific way, you are welcome to look at our conference rooms, which offer more flexible table arrangements.

At SOHO Kødbyen, you can park for free for one hour in the parking lot in front (remember to set your parking disc). Alternatively, there is an underground parking garage beneath the Scandic hotel or street parking.

At SOHO Klosterstræde, we have a parking agreement with Q-Park at Illum. Alternatively, there is street parking (though very limited).

Applies only to meeting rooms in Kødbyen. We offer elevator access that can take you to all meeting rooms at SOHO Kødbyen.
