Terms and conditions

Here you can read our terms and conditions for either visiting us or joining the team at SOHO. SOHO offers office spaces, meeting rooms, other office services, and conference facilities in the Meatpacking District at the companies' address.

1. MEETING BOOKING

1.1 When booking a meeting at SOHO, you must register via our booking system so that we have your details. We store your information and keep it in accordance with our privacy policy; see the link above. The information we need for your booking is

  • Company name (optional)
  • Address (optional)

1.2 Meeting rooms are available for use Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Bookings outside these hours can be made by special arrangement.

1.3 If you require catering for your meeting, it must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to provide the catering.

1.4 Cancellations must be made no later than 72 hours before the scheduled time. If a cancellation is made less than 72 hours before your meeting, the full price will be charged. The full price will also be charged in the event of a no-show, late arrival, or early departure.

1.5 After your meeting, we will send out a questionnaire regarding your experience with us.

1.6 Meeting invoicing is handled electronically via email as soon as possible after the event. If a different invoicing method is required, this must be stated when booking the meeting.

2. MEMBERSHIP

1.1 SOHO offers 4 different memberships: Virtual, On The Fly, Single Desk, and Private Office. Your membership is defined by the services you use with us.

1.2 Your membership is billed monthly in advance, with any usage billed in arrears. The notice period varies depending on the membership and is specified in the contract.

1.3 Invoicing is handled electronically via email on the 1st of the month.

1.4 All memberships, except for our virtual membership, provide a discount on the booking of our meeting rooms.

1.5 Other terms and conditions for the membership are stated in the contract.

3. WE COMMUNICATE ELECTRONICALLY

3.1 At SOHO, all communication takes place electronically. This means that you will receive all information, invoices, booking confirmations, and other notices exclusively in electronic form. We use the contact email address you provided in your booking or member profile.

4. PHOTOS OF YOU

4.1 When you accept our terms and conditions, you simultaneously consent to the use of photos of you, taken at our locations, by SOHO for marketing purposes. You can always opt out of this by contacting info@soho.dk.

5. INFORMATION ON COMPLAINT OPTIONS

5.1 At SOHO, we are always very happy to receive feedback, so if there is anything you find particularly satisfactory, unsatisfactory, or if you simply have questions, you can always contact us at info@soho.dk.

PRIVACY POLICY

The SOHO and NOHO privacy policy explains how we use personal data and ensure compliance with data protection regulations. We strive to protect the quality and integrity of your personal data as best as possible, and we have implemented security measures to this end. You will typically provide personal data as a tenant in relation to our office and meeting facilities, as a restaurant guest, or as an employee. Personal data will also be recorded when you visit our website and will be included in login information if you are assigned such in connection with the use of our services.

WHICH PERSONAL DATA DO WE COLLECT?

The personal data we collect may include, for example, your name, email address, IP address, phone number, credit card information, or bank details, depending on what is necessary in the specific situation.

WHY DO WE COLLECT PERSONAL DATA?

The background for our collection of your personal data is typically to: provide a given product/service to you, fulfill a contract, register you for requested facilities and services, and send newsletters, offers, and other information regarding our business to you. In addition, we may collect your personal data for use in internal market research, marketing, and statistics.

PROTECTION AND STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA

We only store your personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which your personal data was collected. The information is therefore deleted when, for example, the customer or employment relationship ends, while taking into account the storage obligations that follow from other legislation, such as the Danish Bookkeeping Act.

DISCLOSURE

Your personal data may be disclosed to entities belonging to us, including subsidiaries and affiliated companies. Furthermore, we may disclose your personal data to public authorities or others to the extent required by applicable law or if we are ordered to do so by a competent court. Your personal data will not be subject to other external disclosure without your consent, unless there is a legal basis for doing so. We do not use or disclose your personal data for marketing purposes, including sending emails with promotional content, unless you have provided your consent.

THIRD-PARTY PROCESSING

SOHO may choose to use data processors, including providers of software, website hosting, social and professional media, backup, security, and storage. These data processors will be instructed by us to process your personal data on our behalf, and we enter into specific agreements regarding this. Data processors only process your personal data for the specific purposes for which the information was collected. We require these data processors to treat your personal data confidentially and to implement the necessary technical and organizational security measures to prevent your information from being accidentally or unlawfully destroyed, lost, or altered, or from becoming known to unauthorized persons, misused, or otherwise processed in violation of data protection laws. Your personal data may be transferred to countries outside the EU/EEA, including countries that do not have laws providing specific protection for personal data, but which are obligated to comply with these rules by virtue of EU regulations.

ACCESS/CORRECTION/DELETION/TRANSFER

You always have the option to request the transfer of, access to, correction of, or deletion of your registered personal data.
