As a central part of SOHO’s creation, Claus has shaped not only the look of the house, but also its soul. His curiosity for travel, new adventures, and exciting cuisines continues to inspire and evolve the SOHO universe.
Christian, en af SOHOs ejere, kalder vi kærligt “the founding father.” Ikke kun fordi han var med til at skabe SOHO fra bunden, men fordi han har en rolig autoritet og en stærk tilstedeværelse, der naturligt samler rummet. Med en solid karakter og en eftertænksom ledelsesstil er han en hjørnesten i alt, vi gør. Han elsker et godt glas vin - helst serveret i +27 grader ved stranden — og sætter pris på livets enkle glæder. Hundemenneske, familiemand og frem for alt en omsorgsfuld og dedikeret chef, der leder med både hjerte og integritet.
Casper, one of SOHO’s owners and our very own Minister of Finance, is the one who makes sure all of our wild, creative, and occasionally loud ideas actually stay within budget. With a sharp overview and a strong grasp of the numbers, he keeps both the business and the team on the right track. But do not think he is all business. He always has a collection of dad jokes ready and brings plenty of humor into the mix. With four children, a puppy, and a loving wife, he somehow manages to keep his energy levels high while still prioritizing daily runs, ski trips, and the occasional swim, perhaps even in a pool somewhere in Bali. An incredible leader and a steady driving force behind the scenes.
Rosa is the community manager in Kødbyen. You will often meet her at the SOHO reception, where she brings great energy to the space and the people around her. She loves meeting new people and plays a key role in creating and facilitating internal resident events, from planning themes for the Friday bar to making sure everything runs smoothly. With several years of experience as a ski guide, she knows exactly how to bring people together and create a vibrant atmosphere, even on weekdays. She is also the coordinator behind SOHO NOMADS and the person to speak with if you are looking to expand your network and make new connections.
Pernille is our Head of Marketing and a true all-rounder. With a sharp eye for graphic design and experience from her own creative projects, she brings both structure and imagination into everything she does. She loves straight lines, though not serious faces, thrives with rules and just as much with breaking them, and her desk is always a beautiful creative chaos. Caring, funny, and full of energy, she fills every room with positivity and contagious ideas.Together with Thomas, she also helps develop SOHO Business Hub and SOHO Reload, where her creativity makes the projects truly stand out.
Victoria er vores Reception & Business Support Associate i Kødbyen og har styr på det hele med et smil. Hun er det venlige ansigt, der starter dagen godt for vores beboere, og hun har et kæmpe netværk både inden for og uden for SOHO. Perfektionistisk skaber hun struktur, så tingene glider let. I sin fritid lever Victoria livet til fulde, deltager i Københavns spøjse og sjove events eller arrangerer selv temafester. Skal du vide, hvor weekenden skal gå hen, er hun altid den bedste at spørge.
Resten af 2026 ser vi ikke meget til Alise, da hun er på barsel og tager sig af sit lille nye familiemedlem. Alise er vores kreative sjæl og content creator, der står bag vores sociale medier. Hun elsker fotografering, især portrætter, og har et talent for at fange husets stemning og de små glimt i folks øjne. Hendes kreative påfund er uendelige, når hun sammen med Sahra og Rosa udsmykker vores mange events og skaber den helt særlige SOHO-magi. Som betænksom kollega overrasker hun ofte med små, personlige gestus, der spreder glæde i hverdagen.
Mathilde is our finance wizard, a finance coordinator with both razor-sharp focus and fantastic energy. She knows when business needs to be taken seriously and exactly how to keep the numbers in order, but as the youngest sibling in the family, she also has a wild side. Football is a true passion of hers, but festivals are her greatest love. Funny, dynamic, and always bringing good energy, Mathilde proves that finance definitely does not have to be boring.
Michael, our Café Magician, is a man of many talents, but above all, he is pure entertainment. A skilled actor and a true storyteller, he can move from the tragic to the comedic, and everything in between, in an instant. With an endless supply of conversation topics, he is without a doubt one of the most fascinating characters in the house. After more than a decade with us, he is still going strong: a dedicated father, a loving husband, and entirely his own unique person.
Sofie is one of the first to embrace a new idea and dive headfirst into an exciting project. She thrives in a fast-paced environment and approaches new challenges with curiosity and creativity. She never hesitates to turn thoughts into action, always contributing fresh ideas and positive energy. She loves a good conversation, engages with everyone she meets, and is always attentive to those around her. Her good mood and infectious energy lift the spirits of everyone wherever she goes.
Aja, our office assistant, is pure sunshine and the ultimate mood booster. She brings calm energy and good vibes wherever she goes and is always up for a cold drink and something delicious in the sun. Behind the big smile, however, is also a sharp and highly structured side. She stays calm under pressure and knows how to get things done. A quality that will no doubt become a huge advantage as she completes her studies in event management and economics. With her laughter, adventurous spirit, and strong drive, Aja has a way of lifting every room she walks into. She has so much to offer, and we are lucky to have her.
Anastasia works as a café and canteen assistant and is a true master of latte art. Always kind and smiling, she genuinely asks about your day, remembers your coffee preference, and takes an interest in people’s stories. Her warmth and attentiveness make every visit to the café feel a little more welcoming and cozy.
Lee is our skilled and attentive Community Manager and the driving force behind Klosterstræde. She keeps everything running smoothly, from Friday bars and resident talks to the everyday atmosphere in the house. If you have an idea as a resident or would like to host a presentation, Lee is the person to talk to. She is also the one who welcomes you when you stop by to explore office opportunities, always ready to give a tour and help you find the right fit. As the manager of the coffee club, she also makes sure that both the coffee and the community are always at their best. Curious, quirky, and full of great ideas, she will always greet you with a smile and a sparkle in her eye.
Anki is our Community Manager at F28 and the embodiment of comfort and warmth in human form. She is always ready to help, never far from offering a warm hug or a cup of tea, and she is an incredible listener. Intelligent and quick in both thought and action, there is honestly nothing Anki cannot do. We often joke that she is on her way to becoming a professional grandmother, in the very best sense of the word. She is a true knitting expert when it comes to scarves, sweaters, beanies, and baby bodysuits. But do not let the old-school hobbies fool you. Anki also loves a good techno rave, a festival, or a very traditional Danish Kohltur.
Sharon er vores Creative Brand Identity-kraftcenter og en ægte kreativ sjæl. Hun har en helt særlig evne til at løse enhver udfordring, problem eller krisesituation - hurtigt, roligt og med overblik. Samtidig er hun en enormt talentfuld studerende inden for grafisk design, brand management og kommunikation. Med en stor passion for fashion forvandler Sharon gamle materialer til modige, iøjnefaldende designs og skaber magi ud af selv det simpleste stof. En sand perle at være omkring - både på og uden for arbejdet.
Kristian er vores tekniker - en kraftfuld mand med ikke kun stærke hænder, men også stærke holdninger. Han kan bygge, reparere, skille ad og skabe stort set hvad som helst. Bag værktøjet gemmer der sig en kreativ sjæl og en talentfuld skulpturkunstner med flere udstillinger på CV’et. Sjov, omsorgsfuld og fuld af personlighed, når man lærer ham at kende, bringer Kristian både styrke og kunstnerisk nerve til teamet.
Mathias fixes, moves, sources, and builds whatever is needed, always finding solutions that keep the entire house running smoothly. Kind and approachable, he meets every task with a smile, even the heavy ones, and he always takes care of the people around him. With a strong eye for detail and a natural ability to build on ideas, he is the perfect sparring partner when creating functional and beautiful spaces as well as memorable events. In addition, he is a trained physiotherapist and one of the instructors behind SOHO Reload, where he uses his expertise and energy to keep both the house and its people in shape.
Anna is a true bundle of energy who spreads good vibes wherever she goes. With a twinkle in her eye and a knack for always saying the right thing, she never fails to put a smile on the faces of both colleagues and guests. As a runner at SOHO, she keeps everything running smoothly, from meeting catering and canteen service to handling packages and the many small tasks that keep the day-to-day operations on track. She has an impressive can-do attitude, takes challenges in her stride, and rarely lets anything get her down—no matter how busy things get. Anna is the kind of person who doesn't just get things done; she makes the day a little more fun for everyone around her.
Thomas er SOHO Facility Manager med det gyldne overblik. Han vedligeholder og passer på husene og har et særligt talent for at skabe fysiske rammer, hvor tingene bare fungerer. Samtidig er han en passioneret ildsjæl med stor skabertrang, som er med til at udvikle vores vidensbaserede events og medskabe både SOHO Business Hub og SOHO Reload. Med øje for den gode idé gør han husene til endnu federe steder for beboerne – kreativ, sjov og reflekterende, altid klar med nye tanker.
Anders, our IT specialist, is the technical mastermind we would be completely lost without. His standard response is, “Have you tried turning it off and on again?” and annoyingly enough, it usually works. Jokes aside, there are very few problems Anders cannot solve with his sharp mind and fast fingers. After becoming captain of his own boat last year, a friendly “Ahoy” is always appropriate. He has strong opinions, but they are always backed by facts and logic that are hard to argue against. A funny guy and an easy friend to talk to, and honestly, we would not change a thing about him.
Sahra is our Event Coordinator and a true rockstar when it comes to making things happen. From summer parties to large-scale events with up to 500 guests, she handles it all with ease and a great sense of humor. She is energetic, fun, and passionate about staying active, whether it is running, TRX training, or winter swimming. A cool mom, a loyal friend, and the kind of person who always has your back, Sahra is simply indispensable.
