SOHO's privacy policy explains how we use personal data and ensure compliance with data protection regulations. We strive to protect the quality and integrity of your personal data to the best of our ability, and we have implemented security measures to this end. You will typically provide personal data as a tenant of our office and meeting facilities, as a restaurant guest, or as an employee. Personal data will also be recorded when you visit our website and will be included in login credentials if you are assigned such in connection with the use of our services.
The personal data we collect may include, for example, your name, email address, IP address, phone number, credit card information, or bank details, depending on what is necessary in the specific situation.
The reason we collect your personal data is typically to: provide a specific product/service to you, fulfill a contract, register you for requested facilities and services, and send newsletters, offers, and other information regarding our business to you.
In addition, we may collect your personal data for internal market research, marketing, and statistical purposes.
We only store your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected. Data is therefore deleted when, for example, a customer or employment relationship ends, while taking into account storage obligations required by other legislation, such as the Danish Bookkeeping Act.
Your personal data may be shared with entities within our group, including subsidiaries and affiliates. Furthermore, we may disclose your personal data to public authorities or other parties to the extent required by applicable law or by order of a competent court. Your personal data will not be disclosed to other external parties without your consent, unless permitted by law. We do not use or disclose your personal data for marketing purposes, including sending promotional emails, unless you have provided your consent.
SOHO and NOHO may choose to use data processors, including providers of software, website hosting, social and professional media, backup, security, and storage. These data processors will be instructed by us to process your personal data on our behalf, and we enter into specific agreements to this effect. Data processors only process your personal data for the specific purposes for which the information was collected. We require these data processors to treat your personal data confidentially and to implement the necessary technical and organizational security measures to protect against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, or alteration of information, or unauthorized disclosure, misuse, or other processing in violation of data protection laws. Your personal data may be transferred to countries outside the EU/EEA, including countries that do not have laws providing specific protection for personal data, but which are obligated to comply with these rules by virtue of EU regulations.
You always have the option to request the transfer of, access to, correction of, or deletion of your registered personal data.
If you would like us to correct or delete personal data, or if you have other questions regarding personal data, please contact Christian Wad at christian@soho.dk
