We offer company party dinner packages, which you can easily add to if you want more.

Inquiry: You send an inquiry for the company event with the date, number of guests, and your requirements.

Viewing: We invite you to a viewing of the premises, where we can go through the options for your company party.

Quote: You receive a non-binding quote tailored to your event requirements.

Planning: We go through the menu, drinks, table settings, and the schedule for the day together.

Confirmation: The reservation is secured once the quote has been accepted and the deposit paid.

On the day: We take care of the logistics so you can enjoy the party with your guests.

Some people know long in advance that something needs to be celebrated, while for others, it’s more spontaneous.
Generally, you can book your event up to 1–1.5 years in advance.

We recommend booking well in advance, especially for popular dates like summer parties and Christmas lunches.

In addition to our dinner and reception menus, you can spice up the party with an ice cream cart from Ismejeriet or our street food stalls – both are staples at our own internal parties and create a more relaxed, festival-like atmosphere.  

If you want to hit the dance floor, you can easily book a DJ through us, though you are of course also welcome to book one yourself.

We offer modern sound and lighting in all our rooms. Microphones, projectors, and screens are included in the price.

A DJ booth and PA system can be rented for DKK 2,500 excl. VAT. A DJ can be provided as an optional add-on for DKK 2,500 excl. VAT per hour (min. 4 hours).

If you want to capture the memories from the evening, we are also happy to help you book a photobooth, which is one of the most popular add-ons among our clients.

In most party rooms, you can choose between long tables or round tables. The tables are set with white tablecloths, candles, and white cloth napkins.
We offer a nice, simple floral arrangement. Any other decorations should be brought by you.

We collaborate with several nearby hotels, so if you need accommodation after the party, get in touch with us and we will help you find something.

Leave the car behind in the Meatpacking District – on Flæsketorvet in the Meatpacking District, there is 1 hour of free parking with a parking disc Monday-Saturday from 8 AM to 5 PM.
Outside of these hours and on Sundays, parking is free.

We offer elevator access and ramps leading to all conference rooms at SOHO Meatpacking District, as well as restrooms.
