As a Christmas party venue in the Meatpacking District, we have spaces for both small and large groups, and a team that takes care of everything while you take the night off and enjoy yourselves.

December is the most popular season of the year for Christmas parties, so book your company Christmas party in the Meatpacking District well in advance to secure the right venue.

Christmas party with a great atmosphere

If you want your Christmas party to be classy and elegant, Rooftop is an obvious choice. Here, there is one room for the dinner itself and another for the party, lounge, and bar, with space for the DJ to take over once the tables are cleared, accommodating 80 seated guests for dinner or 200 when the dance floor fills up.

Oasen follows the same recipe: one room for dining and one for partying, dancing, and the bar, in more intimate and atmospheric surroundings. If you are a large group, the canteen is

Chow is a large Christmas party venue with room for 200 guests. Here, dining and partying take place in the same room – the tables are simply pushed aside when dinner is over and it's time to dance.

The Café also hosts dining and parties in the same room, but it is so spacious that it naturally divides into two – one side for tables, one side for the party.

If you want your Christmas party to be private and exclusive, choose Oasen, Rooftop, or Chow. We have experience with everything from intimate Christmas dinners for 20 people to larger Christmas parties with 200 standing guests. With flexible packages for food, drinks, and setup, we tailor everything exactly to you and your company culture.

how much does it cost to host a Christmas party at SOHO

We offer several packages, and you can easily add more if you wish.

How does the planning process work?

Inquiry: You send an inquiry with the date, number of guests, and your preferences.

Viewing: We invite you for a tour of the venue, where we can discuss the possibilities for your event.

Proposal: You receive a non-binding offer tailored to your company Christmas party.

Planning: We go through the menu, drinks, table settings, and the schedule for the day together.

Confirmation: The reservation is secured once the offer is accepted and the deposit has been paid.

On the day: We take care of the setup so you can enjoy the Christmas party with your guests.

when should we book?

As a general rule, you can book your event up to 1–1.5 years in advance.
We recommend booking well in advance for Christmas parties.

is traditional Christmas food served at the party?

For your Christmas party, we serve a classic menu:
An appetizer, followed by duck and roast pork or a vegetarian main course with gravy and potatoes, and for dessert, of course, risalamande.

And naturally, plenty of schnapps to wash it all down.

music and entertainment for the Christmas party

If you want to spice up the evening even further, we are happy to help book entertainment. All rooms have screens or projectors, so a Kahoot quiz is easy to set up, and the sound quality is top-notch in every room.

You can book your own DJ or book one through us, and we also collaborate with several photobooth providers so the best moments of the evening can be captured.

We offer modern sound and lighting in all rooms. Microphones, projectors, and screens are included in the price.

DJ booth and PA system can be rented for 2,500 DKK excl. VAT.
DJ is provided separately as an add-on for 2,500 DKK excl. VAT per hour (min. 4 hours)

Can we choose our own theme, style, table arrangement, and place settings?

Choose long tables or round tables according to your preference. The tables are set with white tablecloths, candles, and white cloth napkins. We provide a nice, simple floral arrangement. If you want a theme like Christmas elves, a masquerade ball, après-ski, or a white Christmas, you are welcome to bring your own decorations.

Are there accommodation options nearby?

We partner with a number of hotels near the Meatpacking District, so if you need rooms for an overnight stay, just get in touch and we will help you.

What are the transport and parking options?

Getting to Flæsketorvet 68 is easy by train from Dybbølsbro Station or by metro from Copenhagen Central Station. You will also find plenty of bicycle parking in the Meatpacking District.

If you are arriving by car, you will be pleased to know that parking is free in the Meatpacking District on weekends starting from 5:00 PM on Fridays.

What are the accessibility facilities like?

We offer elevator access and ramps leading to all event spaces at SOHO Kødbyen, as well as accessible restrooms.
