What equipment is available in the meeting room?

The indoor space is equipped with a large screen, AV equipment that makes it easy to connect, and microphones if needed. The room is located in a quiet and undisturbed part of SOHO.

What are the catering options?

In the lounge in the hallway, there is space for catering setups and a potential bar.

What are the transport and parking options?

Just 5 minutes from Dybbølsbro Station, or easily accessible by bike, with one hour of free parking for cars.

Can I see the meeting room before booking?

Absolutely. Come by to see the room, the canteen, and the café, and get answers to everything you need to know.

How much does it cost to rent Oasen as a conference room?

Renting Oasen for a conference costs:

A meeting is not just a meeting, and a workshop doesn't require the same setup as a party. That is why you can choose from 6 different table arrangements, depending on whether you are giving a presentation to the whole team, working in smaller groups, or shifting the focus from the agenda to the dance floor.

A hanging ceiling of greenery winds above the meeting tables, with light filtering through the leaves. Underfoot, the patterned tiles provide a warm contrast to the dark tabletops.
